18 Weeks Baby #2

Week of May 5, 2013

How Far Along? 18 weeks...seriously?!
18 weeks, no longer can we hide it :)

Due Date: October 6, 2013

Total weight gain/loss: I don't even want to know, I ate like poop last week and over the weekend

Maternity clothes? yes and I love them...why don't they make all clothes this comfortable!????

Stretch Marks? I'm forever going to be scared! Though they look lighter to me. :)

Sleep: at night yes, during the day NO!

Best moment this week: I had my ultrasound today and we got to see the baby!!! he/she is healthy and we even got a 3D/4D Idk which and it was awesome! I loved it! Baby is breech right now which made it hard to see some of the important things (heart/brain and kidneys). They also had a hard time looking at "that" region. but a doctor had to come back in after the ultrasound tech left just to make sure that what he saw in the still pictures was enough and he said he knew what sex he would call the baby, though I didn't look. I promised adam.

Movement: every now and again I feel it but nothing consistent or daily. though i might feel it but am too busy with a little toddler...

Food cravings: a good salad...

at least my stretch marks are lighter
Food aversions: none

Gender: I'm still thinking boy, though a girl would be nice...except for the clothing thing...

Labor Signs: none yet thank goodness

Belly Button in or out? never went out with little man...so still in!

What I miss: I miss nothing really. Now that I'm feeling better this pregnancy is going better and I'm learning to enjoy it more. I still want to be healthier than I was with booga but that just means I need to do my stretches (for my sciatica) and walk with booga and eat smaller portions and eat good food.

What I am looking forward to: Lincoln feeling better I took him to immediate care yesterday bc he had been running a fever all week, and then over the weekend he became a holy terror and decided he might have an ear infection and BINGO he does! so he's now on an antibiotic and is much better today! :)

Size of the Baby:

Baby's now the size of a sweet potato!
Baby's become amazingly mobile (compared to you, at least), passing the hours yawning, hiccupping, rolling, twisting, kicking, punching, sucking, and swallowing. And baby is finally big enough that you'll soon be able to feel her movements.

  1. My biggest problem is the whole eating healthy part... I've been a total slacker!!!
